Setelah kita mengetahui keunggulan dan kelemahan, jika kita sudah yakin trading dengan menggunakan robot, atau mungkin ingin mencoba robot terlebih dahulu, selanjutnya bagaimana cara memasangnya di MT4. Copy kedua file tersebut. Dalam hal ini kita contohkan memiliki 2 dua buah file MQ4 dan EX4 yaitu robot dengan nama Money Machine. Caranya buka File Explorer, cari lokasi robotnya, sorot kedua file tersebut dengan cara tekan control ctrl dan jangan dilepas, selanjutnya klik satu persatu kedua file tersebut, jika keduanya telah tersorot, kemudian lepas tombol ctrl, kemudian klik kanan dan copy. Selanjutnya kita buka aplikasi MT4 terlebih dahulu, kemudian buka MQL Editor melalui klik Tools >> MetaQuotes Language Editor seperti ilustrasi berikut Copy file robot di MetaEditor. Jika telah muncul emoticon tersenyum di pojok kanan atas, berarti robot telah aktif, namun jika muncul emoticon sedih, berarti Auto Trading tidak aktif atau setting robot belum terpasang dengan benar.
